Created by master roaster Richard O’neill using a process discovered in the 17th century, Monsooned Coffee from the Magdalen Islands is famous for its exceptional flavour, finesse, and creamy texture. It’s the only coffee in the world that’s humidified with seawater and salty sea breeze before being sun-dried, thus crystallizing the sodium inside the bean. The roasting process then binds the sodium to the coffee’s natural oils, eliminating any trace of acidity while emphasizing the aromas of the other coffee in the blend. It’s smooth. It’s delicious. And there’s a little taste of the Islands in every sip.
