    A hint of smoky flavour, a touch of Provence, a dash of New Orleans and a taste of southern China. Our drumsticks are oh so plump and seasoned with a mouthwatering mix of 27 spices, without a food additive or preservative to be found.

    Serve with seasonal vegetables grilled on the BBQ, a little olive or camelina oil and a pinch of seaweed salt. Delish!

    Corn with homemade fries and a good BBQ sauce will also do the trick

    Curieux root vegetables
    1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into large fries
    4 carrots (with tops), peeled
    2 parsnips, peeled and cut in 2
    2 tablespoons (30 ml) of olive oil
    2 tablespoons (45 ml) of balsamic vinegar
    ½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) of herbes de Provence
    salt and pepper

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).

     

    Put the root vegetables into a bowl. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Place the vegetables on a baking tray lined with a silicone sheet or parchment paper.

    Put it in the oven and cook for 30 minutes, turning the vegetables several times. Serve hot.
