Gaspor is a family farm dedicated to raising milk-fed piglets. At every step of the production, animal welfare is promoted to eliminate any type of stress. The piglets are fed exclusively with milk formulated to meet their needs. The meat we produce is generoulsy marbled to make it among the most tender available. After cooking, the fat retains its creamy quality and delightful consistency. Rich in vitamin D, it offers nutritional advantages comparable to those of duck fat and olive oil.
