Our company is the oldest in Canada to specialize in raising Peking ducks, a species chosen for its tender, flavourful meat. Our ducks are raised naturally, without force-feeding, in clean, properly ventilated buildings. They move about freely and have access to fresh water at all times. They eat grain- and soy-based feed enriched with vitamins and minerals and free of all antibiotics, hormones and medication. We're thrilled to have partnered with Curieuse compagnie.
